The Development

b1 is a new high quality office building and has been designed to create a stunning visual impact with a mixture of brick and profile clad elevations. Glazing to all elevations and generous floor to ceiling height ensures maximum natural light within the work space.The secure site has a front entrance and car park off Icknield Middleway. The main entrance and car park is accessed via Summer Hill Road and there is a pedestrian gate to Camden Street.


The Concept

b1 provides high quality flexible workspace suitable for office and call centre occupiers, capable of high occupancy levels (1 per 65 sq.ft.).

The accommodation is fully air conditioned with 400mm raised floors and high quality finishes arranged over a large single ground floorplate. The remaining space is capable of occupation either as a whole or as individual parts each of which will have it’s own entrance, identity and core facilities.
